We invite all Tri-City visitors to the stylish fish restaurant “Tawerna” located in the centre of Gdańsk Old Town in the vicinity of the Green Gate (Zielona Brama) on the Motława River. The fish restaurant exists since 1981. It has 70 seats, including a separate cosy banquet hall for 20 guests. In the summer, we have also two summer gardens. From the Powroźnicza Street, adjacent to the Długi Targ Street, with 24 seats.
The second big summer garden with scenic views of the Motława River and the Granary Island (Wyspa Spichrzów) is located between the Green Bridge (Zielony) and the Cow Bridge (Krowi) and has 90 seats, where you can enjoy the Gdańsk view, unique fresh fish or dive into the traditional perfectly cooked Polish cuisine. Summer gardens are equipped with radiant heaters, protection against rain and wind.
